Scaling Relay

• improve http performance
• add region based relay deployments
• some ui improvements
• add auto updater support

Relay now supports choosing the best relay between multiple relays per “host”. Obv. we give you the freedom to say that you just want to have relay x and every feature we previously had will works as usual.
