Devlog #13

The project is completed (mostly)

my project in short to those who havent seen it yet

My project is a “beeper” with an e-ink display. It features three low-profile mechanical switches, an ESP32, a battery, and a 3D-printed case to tie it all together.I’ll be building two of them and gifting one to my GF for her birthday!

Just finished building my second ebeep device! The good news are it came out SO much better than the first one, It might not be super obvious from the photos but trust me the difference IRL is HUGE.
The Type-C connection actually fits properly this time! and the two devices are communicating great, and I even managed to run multiple rounds of Tic-Tac-Toe. :yayayayayay:
.
As for the bad news, It seems like every other day I encounter a new issue usually related to Wi-Fi or server connectivity. hopefully my janky code i wrote so far successfully patched them out. :angry-3d-emoji:
I’m trying to squash as many as possible before I gift one to my girlfriend later this week.
If I have time, I’ll try to finish up Connect 4 as well and i think ill give up on the poker game i dont want to delay it any longer lol.
.
Also, for those who were wondering, we landed in 30th place (out of 36?) at the FRC competition
