A lot of breaking changes later and getting closer to PR and going to 2 ship

Token lifetime

• WORKS
• made time when token is expired is rounded to int 
• endpoint for invalidating token
• possibility for enabling expiring token for a specific token when it’s disabled for all in config file

misc

• pytest for location and energy API
• fix the url for the enrgy API (it started with connectivity url not wi the energy api)
• cleanup import
• created new files to make the code more readable 

dashboard

• added location values 
• added capabilities and values
• auto token generation and expiration in dashboard
