Devlog 6 - Web configuration tool

Begun work on a web configuration tool for micros, written in rust using leptos. Currently, the backend work for converting from rust structs into nix config is mostly finished, however the UI needs a lot of work. This devlog also includes miscellaneous fixes to micros, and the ability to add groups separate from users.
