Created the servers screen (WIP, inputs are untested and creating servers is not implemented yet)
Created node servers tab
Added pagination to the list nests HTTP request response
Removed useless reset of the allocations in the node allocations tab
In the created node popup, switched some inputs description from "quoted" test to actual inline code blocks
CodeText component now uses CharSequence instead of String so it also supports annotated strings
Switched main components from Text to CodeText
Application server status is now an enum
Updated list nests query to include eggs variables too (i just found out i can do this so i’m gonna prob do in in all the other ones in the next devlog too)
