BlareClock is a custom RP2040 + DS3231 TCXO real-time clock and high-decibel PAM8403 stereo alarm hardware build with a 4-digit 7-segment HT16K33 LED display, tactile rotary/snooze controls, acoustic enclosure CAD, firmware state machine, and interactive browser hardware twin.
