Clackwork Devlog #1

• Finished making the PCB, the only thing that remains for the PCB is adding some silkscreen art, it’s extremely bland at the moment.

• Made a logo for this project in Figma! (Check the project banner).

• The basic idea for this project is going to be that the USB port on the back of the alarm clock can also be used as a USB HID device by toggling keyboard mode on the device. This’ll happen with a keybind. This is also kind of the reason why I built this thing with 8 switches lol

I’ll start work on CAD tomorrow.

(Edit: I should’ve researched this earlier, but the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C3 can’t be flashed with a HID firmware like the Arduino Uno 🥀, I’ll have to choose between either using Bluetooth to get this working, or get a ESP32-S3)
