• added time display
• now the selected search engine is saved in local storage and reloaded on page refresh
• also chagned the placeholder text according to the selected serach engine
• dynamically poopulated the shortcuts from an array of objects instead of hardcoding them in HTML
• imporved the responsiveness of shortcuts seciton

I found an amazing URL that is basically a servies of google which i can use to get the favicon of any site i used that to get the icons for nay website user want to add as shortcuts
