vroom vroom, Devlog 11: short n’ sweet

short work session today
i added an offline fallback to the drivers list in setup, as that was the only openf1-dependent item that still didnt have a fallback. it is also capable of self-updating.

most importantly tho, i packaged the app itself! runners and installers are now available in the github repo (pre-release tag DEV_0.1.0), so feel free to try them out and to help out identifying bugs during the live testing this week in singapore! available for windows, macOS, and linux!
