vroom vroom, Devlog 1: the fun stuff

so the idea for P1xp is to provide an unique way to experience F1, right from your pc. using data from openF1, it can show data like track info, current session positions, conditions, etc. If you are an F1 TV user (you’ll be able to determine all this through first time settings), you’ll get an allocated space in the app to place your F1 TV window to watch both the live stream and the session data simultaneously. if you are a F1 TV Premium user, you’ll also get a double allocated space to place the onboard cam for your favorite driver (also chosen through first time settings, this will matter for theming!). and speaking of theming, the app will offer multiple app themes and skins based on your favorite team chosen!

today i did the vite scaffolding and the other fun environment setups and configs, and i programmed the JS controllers and bones for the team themes and the session schedules. it got too late to keep working on the rest, and i have homeworks to do soooo… i’ll work on the main functionality stuff tomorrow once im recharged lol. i need to get this app working before next thursday cuz the last F1 race weekend before Stardance ends is next week (welcome to skibidi toilet baku my dudesss 🔥🔥🔥) and after that its gonna be basically impossible to test the app. so yea i have a week to finish this! time to speedrunnnn
