For this i’d like to thank reddit and python cuda/nvenc documentation
seriously half the time i spent was reading documentation. This entire block here is all i did in this like hour and a half. Here i’ve prepare some of the foundation for when the video actually gets transcoded. This was rather complicated, and I’ve decided to finish this off later, and I’m defining other features so I can lay this out how I want to much more easily later down the line.
