Just waiting for stardust.
Just crossed the 11-hour mark, and I think I might have accidentally turned this project into a massive multi-language monster 😅.I originally just wanted to simulate a rocket, but now I’m attempting to wire together a fully distributed architecture: - C++: Custom RK4 physics engine (so much orbital math…) - Go: High-throughput WebSocket relay to stream the telemetry. - Python: The AI autopilot trying its best not to crash the ship. - JS / WebGL: Building this dark-mode NASA MOC dashboard. - Rust: (Up next!) A safety firewall to mathematically validate the AI’s commands. I lost a chunk of today fighting with some severe multi-device syncing bugs dropping my tracked hours, but finally seeing the WebGL dashboard light up made it worth it. Question for the community: Has anyone here wired a C++ backend into a Go relay before? I’d love any advice on minimizing latency between the microservices!
