flashed firmware

i flashed the xiao, now that i have parts.
i attempted to digitally prototype a breadboard in the meantime but the platform was quite buggy. heres as far as i got.
waiting for circuit boards to arrive, movement has been quite slow.

once i get my hands on a breadboard, hopefully today, im gonna work on programming the rotary encoder to a good turn length, and code the oled display.
