Board and Library!

so i been working on a new library and board manager there still some bugs and quirk but it mostly useable also i just added the app icon also tbh i spend more than just 3h it was like 5h cuz i can’t figure out what wrong with the library search rpc turn out the response is just too big so the response limit got cut off and the grpc error code isn’t just any helpful it just say operation cancel so yea that was a pain
