base features mostly complete!

after 2 and a half hours of mostly solving errors the base features are mostly complete
strange though, i wouldve figured this would take much much longer. there must be more i can do (this is to say, i will add more features and such)
so far the features i intend to add are:

• better ui
• converter between shortfin and other build systems
• splitting exec into Uexec and certain compiler-specific commands (Uexec standing for “Unsafe exec” unsafe meaning it can be any command)
