new tab page with the nasa photo of the day as the background!

I made a custom new tab page using NASA’s API, my first time working with APIs of any sort! :)
The stylized site features NASA’s photo (or video!) of the day, its title, and description. Under it is the Google search bar!

decided to cut this project short and finish without reaching some of my original goals as there are a few others I’m hoping to start on!
final devlog for a while: fixed some formatting and made the google search bar functionable. + updated README with new plans.

officially a new tab page! I added manifest.json to override existing google new tab code and added a nice search bar. I also updated the README and added a future plan.
next up is making it look better and more functionable.

completed the guide for Give Your Website a Pulse!
here’s how the website is looking now. i’m going to sketch out a design soon and implement it a rough draft of it for the first ship to complete the mission.
