Completed part 3 of the Jam.

1. Fixed an issue with the bottom bar glitching (which was caused due to sizing).

1. Added my own custom made close, drag, and full screen buttons (full screen doesn’t work yet though).

1. I’ve made the windows draggable, closable, and openable. To open the welcome window, you need to click the Solar OS text on the bottom bar currently, but I plan to change it next update.
