I spent a time investigating how could I implement my own ICS calendar using Node.js, but still didnt build anything using it. Instead, I used my time on creating a login page to put all the content and APIs of my page behind, that way when I add a custom ICS calendar, nobody exept me can add events to it. For now, one can only create a new account using a script I got on my server, one cannot create an account using the website.
