Implemented the workflows for java and bedrock! Finding a tunneling service for bedrock is a hassle especially one with no registration and no time limits.

I had to settle on pinggy, which does have 1 hour limit, but no registration and easy setup is really attractive

For now, i think this is enough and i will start working on the website for documentation.
