Added a boot sequence with a typing effect and progress bar, a theme system with 20+ selectable accent colors applied via a CSS custom property (updates borders, text, cursor, and Matrix rain all at once), and a custom SVG cursor matching the active theme. Also added an auto-layout system so windows never overlap, keyboard shortcuts (Esc/T/R), a right-click context menu, minimize buttons, a visitor counter, and a README, then pushed everything to GitHub with GitHub Pages for a live demo.
