worked on fetcher.py today 🛰️

finally got the data fetcher module wired up so it actually pulls light curves and target data without blowing up. dealing with astroquery and lightkurve dependencies was kind of a pain, but it’s querying MAST properly now. basically this is the part that goes and gets the raw space data so the rest of the app has something to look at. next up is getting the actual math/bls part working.
