More icons and some small additions

New Features added

• Added arrows for the buttons for changing Calendar Month in the Time & Date flyout
• Added tooltips for all the buttons in the TopBar that can open flyouts
• Themed the tooltips
• Made the topbar tooltips not open if a flyout is open
• Added tooltips to dock icons

Fixes

• Fixed the gap and alignment of the buttons used to change months in the calendar
• Fixed the weird pill-shaped today indicator in the calendar flyout
• Fixed positioning issues with the tooltips
• Fixed the issue of the System Menu not having any background blur

Current issues/bugs

• Have added too much animations/fancy stuff/polish instead of adding actual features
