I added signal propagation between connected neurons. Signals now travel along the connections which propagate through nearby neurons with controlled probability and decay. I also tuned the settings so that they don’t become too dense or overwhelming. I also changed the neuron behavior so neurons react when they forward a signal, making the everything look like a real brain. Next, I’ll start adding user interaction.
