Added animations

New Features added

• Bunch of animations to everything, settings panel, wallpaper, recents dock, pinned sites dock, literally everything
• Animations show when loading, when changing window size etc.
• Animations also work for mobile devices

Fixes

• Fixed the animation system for all the elements so now it actually works

Current issues/bugs

• APOD fetches wallpaper everytime you enable it, so there’s some lag there
• APOD also has issues if you turn it on and refresh
