•Added a transition while changing theme
•Added an option to turn off APOD Wallpaper(no transition here since the APOD is fetched from NASA servers and causes issues)
•Added more Search engines to the list (Bing, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo) (only Google works for now) (list uses default HTML UI)
•Finally changed the Settings UI to match the other elements
•Weather now refreshes as soon as you enter new Location and press Enter
