DEVLOG #9 - BADGE CASE REDESIGNED, PRINTED AND ASSEMBLED

Work Done:

  1. Redesigned the badge enclosure from scratch in Fusion 360 to fit the new battery, which got thicker but smaller in footprint while the badge had to stay credit-card sized at 86 x 54 mm
  2. Made the whole model parametric, so every dimension falls out of a handful of named values and the next component change is a one-number edit instead of another rebuild
  3. Added the Spottr logo embossed on the lid and a USB-C cutout sized off the actual connector
  4. Got it printed through #printing-legion and it came out clean
  5. Assembled the hardware into it: XIAO ESP32-C3, LiPo and status LED all sit flat in the cavity with the lid seating properly on top
