Now it has a web panel!

right now its nearly nothing, just giving a handle on what processes are running. im thinking later i will make a discord-like panel to more easily make debug code.

ts was all kinds of obnoxious simply because what i expected to be true, wasnt. like what variable contains the path parameters.
