Devlog 17

Now that this webapp is in its final stages of completion, I have just been completing todo list items really, these were:

• Fixing double websocket connect bug
• Adding update current team for summary to server
• Added functionality to settings menu
• Made competitions pull from an actual API instead of a json saved inside the project files

Now the main items left are:

• Path scouting for auto
• Finish landing page
