a local-first AI manga production pipeline. A FastAPI web app that turns a story premise into finished, lettered manga pages: a local LLM writes a structured panel script, ComfyUI renders each panel on dual AMD GPUs with consistent characters (LoRAs, regional prompting, reference images), and a Python lettering engine draws the speech bubbles and assembles pages. Includes Photoshop-style layered panel compositing, crop-based inpaint editing, best-of-N takes with automatic scoring, and a vision-model QA pass.
