Hackstars is a web project that features a starry sky filled with colorful stars placed at random positions. Clicking anywhere on the screen generates an expanding shockwave that physically pushes nearby stars away. The shockwave consists of an outer ring that applies force to the stars and an inner ring that creates a glowing visual effect. After overcoming a few issues and challenges, I finally managed to implement the shockwave that pushes the stars away. This wave consists of two rings: an outer one that pushes the stars, and an inner one that creates the glow effect. The controls for adjusting the wave’s strength or speed are now working as well.
