Made the welcome window draggable by its header, added working close/reopen buttons, and organized styles into reusable CSS classes. Ran into a layout bug where the header lost its flex-direction and started rendering content side by side instead of stacked, fixed by restoring flex-direction:- column on the window, also resized the header for better readability and spacing
