song delayed bug fix FOR REAL

okay so when i thought i fixed the song delay bug earlier with the click to start feature, it did NOT!! actually fix it… but this time i tested it on itch.io and now it WORKS :D
i had to change the song type from mp3 to ogg and change how the notes tracked time. now it works, huzzah!
