click to start song!

so i pushed my code to itch.io, and oh no! the song wasn’t synced up! i didn’t take loading into account, so the song would start delayed but the chart notes would come down before it, caused it to be out of sync. with some searching up, i decided on letting the user click to start whenever they were ready and loaded to play! :)
