chart!

got a chart going on, with the help of claude helping me make a charting system, where its basically just a function that records my inputs and outputs it into the output so that i can put these timings into my note array. i still need to edit it, but it is a great start! got some note skin on cause the rectangles annoyed me lol. this seems to be going great so far, and its been fun working on this! i also decided to make it 4 lanes instead of 6 because i think a lot more people play 4 key than 6 key, but maybe ill add different modes in the future :)
