This is my very own OS that can be run in the web!

Made nexus OS, where i added my own theme of a crane which looks really cool and calming to me, i’m willing to build this webOS way more better than anyone could ever thought so. little by little , day by day. :)

Honestlt it wouldn’t have taken that much time if i hadn’t do silly mistakes while pushing and deploying code from vs code and git hub , i had got really frustrated .
and btw i have done some fixing on the focus pad by stopping the music and timer to reset when program or tab is being exit, later i’m thinking of adding a playlist of music in focus pad if possible like lofi, for drum padd i added more instruments so one can implement their music skills and yea did some proper fixing in minimizing and maximizing of tabs though it still needs some more add ons

Doing experiments do come with a cost, had to face a lot of errors and issues, i will fix them the next day i will have time to deal with it!!!
Added a soundboard where u can play some drum kind of things! with a pomodro timer to cover your focus sessions ,but don’t worry the ambient rain sound is there to relief your stress out during your precious deep focus sessions and yea added a basketball hoop game for your entertainment, let’s see how much can you score under 30 seconds!

Started the real customization of My Web OS, where i gave my a theme of pixel and crane. To me that’s really cool , and also changed the icons of the apps in the OS

Figuring out the JavaScript logic for the calculator to evaluate equations properly without breaking, and managing the CSS variables so the light/dark mode transitions smoothly across all the translucent windows.
I’m really proud of the Custom Wallpaper feature—it gives the OS a truly personal feel and makes it interactive for anyone visiting. I also love how the calculator feels just like a native desktop app!
Click the “🌙 Dark / ☀️ Light” button in the top bar to watch the theme switch, double-click the new “Calculator” icon to do some math, and open the “Wallpapers” app to give the desktop a fresh new look!

I built NexusOS, a custom web-based operating system created from scratch using HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript that features a glassmorphic top navigation bar with a live clock, draggable and stackable windows, desktop shortcuts with double-click handlers, and custom built-in apps like Dev Notes and a Projects Portfolio showcase. The biggest challenge was managing JavaScript event logic for smooth window dragging coordinates and dynamic z-index layering, as well as clean separation of concerns when refactoring raw HTML into modular CSS and JS files. I am super proud of how authentic the window drag-and-drop mechanics feel, going beyond the basic tutorial to craft a unique personal desktop environment that anyone can test out directly in their browser

Done with the Desktop OS, and adding the clock, i had literally watch youtube to figure out the solution. It was an overwhelming task fr!, but happy enough to know that i finished the 2nd part of making it!
