ui is really buggy

so i am using like the really weird color to help me see and design better but in the future i want to make it like slighly transparent gray with neon blue highlights
in like a semi futureistic style

i made the page for the list

• there is a list of projects o the left
  • this list is auto generated
  • it holds the title of your project
  • you can scroll
• right
  • title
  • description
• bugs
  • the scrollview was like really long for sum reason
    * i think it was beclouds i was using a tab bar witch is normal horezontal
    * after trying like every thing i ended up making it not a tab bar
    * i made it a column with with java scrip that checks witch ta is selected
  • for a while all the stuff was layed on ton of one another
    * it made like this weird lump of assests
    * ngl i dont realy know how it fixed it just kinda did at sum point and i am not going to try to mes with it if i dont have to
