patch notes:

• new 20 megabyte file limit for large uploads
• progress bar for webpage
• file expiries (files get deleted after a set date and time)
• new file description text area on website!

the problem

i have 0 ideas where i should host this project, not much providers have lengthy persistent storage, the best free ones i could find is:

• google cloud platform
• oracle free tier
• pella.app
• wispbyte
• fps.ms

“why couldnt you use these?”

• GCP requires a credit card for billing and a verification fee
• oracle free tier also needs a credit card plus theres a binding agreement that ive heard of
• the owner of pella.app abandoned it
• you get only 1gb for wispbyte and fps.ms

“why couldnt you have used a free vps and store files on an object storage service”

well isnt file storage the entire purpose of my app?
