Light mode toggle

• Added a button on the nav bar that toggles the site’s entire appearance between dark and light mode to improve its customizability and accessibility
• Because every component has a default color transition, switching between the 2 modes has a smooth UI transition instead of flashing to the other color instantly
• I had to set up the theme provider and manually add the light mode Tailwind classes and the dark mode prefix for all the colors in every page and component, so this took quite a long time but the result was worth it, both modes look pretty consistent and visually appealing
