day 2 of refactoring the whole track system…

• added activity heatmap chart after refactoring task completion chart
• implemented an activity heatmap to visualize task completion over time
• created a system of divs and spans for a “Github heatmap” orientation. added Bootstrap tooltips to display more information.
• much CSS effort was invested in accessibility + making a clean scrolling system and the weekday/month grid
