FieldSim documentation and guide website underway!

I made a simple static html website inside a subfolder of the repo. Setting up github actions took about 30 minutes . Turns out github servers are slower than they used to be.

I also made a simple documentation page and put in some basic info about this project. I kinda stole a lot of styling from a previous project.
