Minor update to Silver Hawks robot

I added sound effects to it and a basic indexer sound effect system. I also fixed a major bug where sometimes fuel scored in the hub just disappears(i genuinely dont know how this even happened in the first place)
The new indexer SFX system plays as long as the robot is enabled, and it gets a bit louder when you shoot. Added this to make silver hawks robot feel more alive.
