updated the focus section so it provides the time (4options and you choose the time up to the user) also i added the timer so when you choose a time it start counting +if you want to leave the session you started you have to solve the challenge it is just a+b=? if it is solved u can leave the page otherwise there is noway +i updated the js so it just shows the displayed page and hide the others
