Fifth and Final Devlog for SolWisp + SWIDE (See More Info)

This ship is going to be V0.1.0 of SolWisp and SWIDE. Most IDEs and Coding Languages start off small, so that is what I am doing. The docs will be a separate project, hence it is going to contain ton of information about SolWisp and SWIDE. Until then, the functions you want to see are going to be on my GitHub repository for this project.
