e-SUP: The €200 Electric Paddle Board

I am building a low-cost, DIY electric stand-up paddle board (e-SUP) controlled wirelessly via an ESP32. Instead of buying an expensive €1,000+ commercial kit, I’m designing a custom propulsion system from scratch. The brain of the board is an ESP32 hosting a local Wi-Fi network that serves a web-based throttle slider to my phone's browser. This ESP32 outputs a PWM signal to a Flycolor RC boat ESC, which drives a high-torque 6384 brushless outrunner motor. I will be 3D printing the custom fin-box mount and propeller, manually waterproofing the motor's stator windings with marine epoxy, and integrating a physical magnetic kill-switch tether to ensure the motor cuts instantly if I fall off.
