Final Devlog (probably) - README and making the site pretty

• This will be a rather short devlog, but I’ve written the README.md file for the repo, and also uploaded the files to doodl0.github.io/gbweb/, with a more Gameboy themed HTML page. You can visit yourself, or see it in the screenshot. I don’t think I can legally provide ROM files for you to play, so you have to upload your own. Currently, I can only guarantee Tetris and Super Mario Land work.
