Devlog #5 — Themes, snips, and a real updater
Spent this week making SnipClip feel more like my app.
Custom themes finally landed for real. Glass panels, a translucency slider, pick-your-own background, and full color controls. You can save packs to themes.json, then import/export them so looks aren’t stuck on one machine.
Snipping got less annoying too — multi-monitor works properly now, and every snip lands in a Screenshots category instead of disappearing into the void.
Also fixed clear-history breaking clipboard capture (that one was rough), killed the Edge right-click menu, and the in-app updater is actually doing its job. Currently on v1.1.2 — “You are on the latest version” feels good after fighting signing/latest.json earlier.
Small polish, big vibe shift.
