Devlog #2 — First Build

The first version is running.

Got a tray app with clipboard history in SQLite, global hotkeys, and a snipper that captures a region then lets you annotate — pen, arrows, highlight, numbered callouts, real pixel blur, color picker.

Blur was finicky at first (grey boxes, then it broke when zoomed out). Fixed that with image-space blur plus wheel zoom and middle-click pan. Settings now cover hotkeys and auto-clear for unpinned vault items.

Still rough around the edges, but the loop works: copy stuff, snip stuff, find it again later.

Next: polish and ship something I’d actually leave running all day.
