Devlog 1: Initial build!

I first borrowed some regular framework code from my previous project on Agricultural plant identification and medical tips. Now, I have edited the files to use the proper ONNX model of household plants, as well as precise identification. Furthermore, I have updated Readme files and the UI to match the new system!
