3d Viewer Works!

So in the past version 3d viewer stuff was there but it didn’t work.The code was looking for some typo name :/ Anyway it work now, I plan on making some atom models if possible later on instead of just cubes and change the UI a bit bcs it looks like ahh rn. After that I worked on the terminal and commands (at the bottom) which commands doesnt do really anything super useful but its better than nothing. Also I added scene saving via Json so you can view a past test later on if you like. I will serach other saving types tho
