So, a bumch of weird stuff happened. They told me to add a .crx file when the GitHub release only had a .zip file, clarifying that it wouldn’t work because Chrome blocks direct .crx installs, and then later rejected my project again because the .crx file didn’t work. Go figure. So, somebody in the Slack helped me out, and I’ve requested re-certification. Fingers crossed!
